DP World unifies its Marine Services brands—Unifeeder, P&O Ferrymasters, and P&O Maritime Logistics—under a single DP World brand identity to reflect its transformation from a leading port operator to a fully integrated global logistics provider.
DP World has announced a significant step in its evolution as an integrated global logistics provider by unifying three well-known marine brands — Unifeeder, P&O Ferrymasters, and P&O Maritime Logistics — under one consolidated identity: DP World Marine Services.
Unifying these brands complements the next natural step in our transformation journey from a leading port operator into a fully integrated global logistics provider, says Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at DP World.
From December 2025, the businesses will operate with new names and a shared brand platform:
- Shipping Solutions (formerly Unifeeder)
- Multimodal Solutions (formerly P&O Ferrymasters)
- Maritime Solutions (formerly P&O Maritime Logistics)
In an industry known for its complexity, this step promises a future where customers benefit from the clarity of interacting with one brand, one interface, and one powerful logistics partner. Unifying the brands marks another milestone in DP World’s transformation from a leading port operator into a fully integrated global logistics provider.
As supply chains evolve, so must we
Ganesh Raj, Global COO, Marine Services at DP World
Together, Marine Services businesses form a tightly integrated offering spanning feeder and shortsea shipping, inland connectivity, specialised cargo shipping, port services, and offshore & energy solutions across a range of modalities, including container, trailer, and bulk, all under one name.
“As supply chains evolve, so must we,” says Ganesh Raj, Global COO, Marine Services at DP World. “Our customers increasingly expect seamless, end-to-end service delivery. Unifying our Marine Services businesses under one brand reinforces our ability to meet that expectation and positions us for growth in an increasingly complex logistics landscape.
A future where trade flows effortlessly
The brand unification is the latest milestone in DP World’s transformation from a world-class port operator to a fully integrated global logistics provider. It follows a series of successful brand consolidations across DP World’s ports, terminals, economic zones, and logistics verticals.
We are building a future where trade flows effortlessly. While we honour the legacy of the brands we have built.
Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at DP World.
This brand unification is a natural step in our journey towards simplifying and strengthening our promise to customers, whilst helping them navigate a rapidly changing market, says Raj.
For customers, the transition is designed to be as seamless as possible. Behind the scenes, the same teams, transport solutions, and infrastructure remain in place, now united by a shared brand identity and an ambition to deliver more. “This isn’t about re-engineering what we do,” Ganesh Raj, Global COO, Marine Services at DP World, says. “It’s about amplifying what we offer and simplifying how we do it. Now we’ll be able to do exactly that under one name that reflects the scale and clarity we bring to the market.”

By bringing Marine Services brands under one roof, DP World reduces silos, speeds up decision-making, and delivers a consistent interface, whether customers are booking shortsea capacity, coordinating offshore operations, or moving cargo by road and rail from Asia to Europe and beyond.
The businesses will retire their legacy brand identities and operate under DP World’s name and visual branding across all touchpoints. The branding changes will commence in December 2025 and will include updates across all assets including digital platforms, signage and customer interfaces.
